Stone of Destiny E woman back to her own century Are the lovers doomed to live 400 years apart or can destiny find a way to bring them back together? I so enjoyed this book Gavin MacKenzie dismisses a Fae from his bed and the vindictive Fae tries to get back at Gavin by giving Abbie Kyle a 21st century woman the stone of destiny What the Fae doesn't realize is that the plan is going to backfire on her Funny in spots especially when Abbie is brought back through time and has no idea where she is and how to fit in Felt sorry for Gavin when the Fae gets mad at Gavin for falling for Abbie and sends her back to the 21st century Lots of passion and also some very tense moments when Abbie is being abducted Highly recommend

First its a uick read fun and slightly interesting It's basically a vehicle for a bunch of cliched throbbing loin and heaving breast sex That's the positive The negative is it's a poor Outlander knock off The girl is a red headed medical student who is sent back in time to fall in love with a sexy highlander Sound familiar? Unfortunately that's where the knock off ends Her highlander is apparently secretly Irish since he follows Irish holidays and follows Irish 'gods' That was a bit distracting Even though some Scots were displaced Irish it was mainly the ones on the west coast and not in the area described here Another distracting thing is the book is 150 pages and the heroine spends 100 pages taking a bath In the 1600s no one took that many baths if any Finally Gavin should see a doctor because he constantly has an erection That would chafe and be irritating after awhile for all involved no matter how sexy it seemsSo I'd have to leave this as if you can suspend all logical thought and just want a 'hot' read that reuires zero thinking this is the book for you
