The cake on the front looked so good but then it turned out to be pineapple cake blech I think I found 2 recipes in the entire book that I could see myself trying The rest either sounded gross or way too difficult

I borrowed this book from the library where I work and it was a wonderful read There are a number of recipes in it that I long to try but the author lists the ingredients in both oz and cups and I am a little unsure of what the measurements should be I will have to brush up on my knowledge of weights and measuresIf the recipes turn out as good as they look in the color photographs And there are plenty of pictures although not for every recipe I will probably buy myself a copy I also loved all of the food history that she gave prior to each recipe Wide variety of recipes that don't reuire either heaps of specialized euipment and only rarely special ingredients Highly recommended
