Also there are extensive sections on vegetables beans and grains after all what would Frank X Tolbert's Original Bowl of Red be without a side of greens? This book is not only a fabulous introduction to Texas Home Cooking but an invaluable resource for anyone wanting to further explore the uniue cuisine
