The Sun the Moon and the TruthIng caught up in the mysterious world of the fake Heath HallAs Hadley gets closer to uncovering the masked boy’s identity she also discovers some uncomfortable truths about herself like she might resent the long shadow her late brother has cast over her family that she isn’t as happy as she pretends to be with her life choicesand that she's falling for the last guy she ever thought she would like. “Just because you can’t see the future doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist You don’t have to see everything clearly or know exactly where you’re going to move forward” Moment in Time is the third book in a series of stand alone novels each following different set of characters but some may make comebacks You can read any of the three books without having read any of the othersI definitely liked this one than Love Life and the List had my least favourite romance of KW but my favorite from the series is Fame Fate and the First Kiss the characters worked for me better there as well as the love interest and romance The plot of this one is definitely different I can't say too much because it would a be a spoiler but I think this is one of the new and uite creative concepts from recent Kasie West works The plot has a bit of a mystery going on which I did guess but it was definitely less obvious than in PS I Like You which also has pen palsBasically this story follows Hadley She is very driven and ambitious She sometimes has a bit emotionally closed off relationship with her family her brother had died before she was even born and she feels like his shadow is always looming over their family her parents cring about him than her While I definitely felt for her there were times I have to admit when I was like boo hoo because she still had two parents who did love her and a good life One day bafore a swim contest a strange guy dressed in a Heath Hall mask superhero spy played by a character who appears in Fame Fate and the First Kiss jumps into the pool in her lane a swims across it disrupting her concentration and making her have less stellar score than she'd usually have He always wears a Heath Hall mask and does strange or risky things gaining people's attention at school That day she stends him a message warning him away from the pool again saying she knows his identity Soon it becsomes apparent he doesn't belive her so to make him stay away from her swimming for real she decides to find out his identity I thought all of the characters were ok I liked that Hadley was dedicated and everything and her story was nice The love interest seemed a bit too childish sometimes I did like him as a character as well but he wouldn't be my favourite choice of a Kasie West love interest that'd be in On the Fence Fame Fate and the First Kiss The Distance Between Us The Fill In Boyfriend Lucky in Love We got a bit complexity to the love interest as well later on although I wished his issues were a bit Overall cute light and fast read Sometiems a little bit dramatic but at the same time in a good way Definitely recommended for fans of KW those who want to start out on her books or just read an easy light and cute YA contemporaryThe Distance Between Us 4 starsOn the Fence 5 starsThe Fill In Boyfriend 35 starsPS I Like You 25 starsBy Your Side 2 starsPivot Point 3 starsSplit Second 25 starsLove Life and the List 1 starLucky in Love 15 starsListen to Your Heart 3 starsFame Fate and the First Kiss 4 starsMaybe This Time 3 starsMoment of Truth 3 stars
