Avanti Chronicles Hunter's HopeRaining may not be enough to prepare Hunter for a new enemy It will take every skill he possesses physical and mental to overcome what lies ahead With one of their own missing and dangers closing in on all sides help comes from a surprising source The men set out on both a rescu Rating 4 stars I had pretty much given up on the Avanti Chronicles after the second book After reading the first two books in the Demonic Tales and before reading the third I decided to go back and read this installment in order to get caught up with everything that had happened with the Avanti I’m really glad that I did It was good to get back to this group of individuals I really like that the author bounces around with all the characters and does not just stick to the MCs Speaking of the MCs I really liked Tir and Hunter and am glad that they got their HEA I especially loved the interaction between them and their siblingschildrenI think my biggest complaint is the author tends to be long winded This book was extremely long and parts of it felt superfluous I think that Ms Walker could edit her books down a bit and not really lose the integrity of the story she is trying to tell That being said she definitely has me interested in the series again and I am looking forward to the next installment While I could follow the events of the book well enough I was a bit lost in places having skipped uite a few books in the series I think if I hadn’t at least read the first one and the two set in the demon world I would have been really lost Overall I highly recommend this addition to the series
