If so she is ready to mix it up because solving crimes is vintage Jaymie Leighton Can you say twists than a mountain road? That's what Bowled Over had Everytime I thought I had it figured out I decided someone else was the killer It wasn't until almost the end of the book that I finally figured out the murderer but I never saw what else came out in the story This time one of Jaymie's exfriend is murdered and just when Jaymie wanted to find out why they were no longer friends It's up to Jaymie not only to figure out what she had done but also to keep her head off the chopping block Once life finally left me alone I couldn't put it down until I finished it This is one of my favorite new series and I can't wait for the next book to come out

Stirring up troubleVintage kitchenware and cookbook collector Jaymie Leighton has been estranged from her high school best friend Kathy Cooper since they were teenagers but she never knew what turned Kathy against her After f Good follow up to the first book not my favorite series but a fair read I think the author needs time to figure out who the main character wants to be especially with a theme that may not apply to all readers Vintage Kitchen items are cool but unless there is a deep connection between the victim or killer and to the main character it's a little too disconnected The setting is good the characters are fun Nothing completely stands out yet in this series and I'm not thirsty to read each new book yet I will give another one a chance later in the year About Me For those new to me or my reviews here's the scoop I read A LOT I write A LOT And now I blog A LOT First the book review goes on Goodreads and then I send it on over to my WordPress blog at where you'll also find TV Film reviews the revealing and introspective 365 Daily Challenge and lots of blogging about places I've visited all over the world And you can find all my social media profiles to get the details on the whowhatwhenwhere and my pictures Leave a comment and let me know what you think Vote in the poll and ratings Thanks for stopping by Note All written content is my original creation and copyrighted to me but the graphics and images were linked from other sites and belong to them Many thanks to their original creators

KINDLE Ê Vintage Kitchen Mystery Ü Victoria Hamilton

Bowled Over Vintage Kitchen Mystery #2 Ireworks at a Fourth of July picnic Jaymie discovers the body of her former friend in the park On the ground nearby is Jaymie’s own Depression era glass bowl broken in two With her fingerprints all over the bowl and a troub I enjoyed the first book in this series a little than this one but this one was okay I’m not entirely sure whether or not I like Jaymie She’s kind of a busy body and not entirely likable although she tries really hard to be everybody’s friend which may be my issue with her Too many times she comes across as some raised with money who feels it is their job to save the less fortunate of the world with their benevolence I do like her friends and the town seems totally charming The mystery itself was a good one and the twists kept me guessing until the solution I will probably go at least 1 book into the series and see if Jaymie grows on me
